Whether you want to feel fitter, increase your energy, improve your mobility, balance and confidence, or enjoy better sleep and feel less stressed, your dedicated and professional wellbeing advisor will work with you to develop a realistic action plan that targets your aspirations.
Your advisor will guide you through your chosen activities, which could include exercise classes, learning new skills, improving your diet, creative pursuits, relaxation technics and connecting with other people, and show you how to access the wealth of resources and information available through the programme.
They’ll be with you every step of the way and offer you regular assessments so you can celebrate your improvements.
Safety and security
The Chimes is built with your safety and security in mind.
Your apartment comes equipped with an emergency call system which will result in an on-call member of the team coming directly to your assistance in an emergency. During times when there is no Anchor presence on site, the calls are sent to Anchor’ 24-hour customer centre. The emergency call system will allow you to have pendants and other assistive technology connected to it. Any additional assistive technology will be at your cost. AHG will provide one pendant per customer. All lifts within The Chimes are connected to the emergency call system.
Gardens and grounds
The Chimes is home to beautifully landscaped gardens and seated patios, which you needn’t lift a finger to maintain! Our communal outdoor areas are the perfect place to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

With an onsite treatment room and additional hair salon, you don’t have to go far to enjoy an afternoon of pampering. Offering onsite beauty treatments is just another bonus of living at The Chimes.
